Screen Media Careers Forum Presented By Screenworks & Southern Cross University

Screenworks, in partnership with Southern Cross University, is pleased to be hosting the 2021 Screen Media Careers Forum.

A panel of experienced screen media professionals will share advice and insights on how to pursue careers in this highly competitive industry as well as participating in roundtables in which they will give more detailed information about particular skill areas and how to break into the sector.

Each of the guest speakers will talk about their career journeys, the work they do in the industry and the opportunities that exist for graduates and early career screen media practitioners. The panel will be facilitated by Southern Cross University Chair of Creative Arts Grayson Cooke, followed by a Q&A. It will be open to students and all those interested in pursuing careers in the screen media industry.

The speakers will then be participating in online roundtables (open to Southern Cross University students only) to talk in more detail about specific career areas including Producing/Production Management (Film & TV), VR/New Technologies and Animation.

This is a must-attend event for anyone who is interested in opportunities in the screen media industry and is seeking advice and inspiration to kick-start an exciting new career.
